Culture is accessible wherever you are.
Whatever culture you identify with -- national culture, family culture, sports culture, art culture, and even organizational culture -- there is a place where you can meet people who identify and struggle with the same things. The internet has made making these connections so much easier. Groups like MeetUp can help you find a community out there that fits your culture in a heartbeat. There are also so many cultural organizations, non-profits, and clubs set up by passionate people you can connect with.
Just the other day, Japan celebrated Tanabata, a cultural festival celebrated nationwide involving the tale of two lovers meeting on the 7th day of the 7th month. A typical scene at a tanabata festival: writing wishes on slips of paper and hanging them from bamboo branches, colorful paper lanterns blowing in the wind, and traditional Japanese games for people to play.
Even living in the U.S., I got to experience the Tanabata celebrations through Japan Society of Boston.

Living outside of your culture does not mean it leaves you. Seek out your culture in your communities!
Have an incredible rest of the week. May all of your Tanabata wishes come true.
Best,
