In chapter two of his book, Asian American Studies Professor Gary Okihiro poses an interesting question: Is Yellow Black or White? This is an important concept for Asian Americans throughout history. I have decided to respond to Okihiro's question from an Asian-American perspective, looking at the referred colors in both a racial and cultural context. Check out my video response below:
